Analyze Industry Trends
Identifying emerging challenges and best practices in ethical recruitment to provide a roadmap for industry-wide reform.
Empirical Advocacy
Using grassroots data collected from the field to advocate for policy changes that strengthen laws against labor exploitation and debt bondage.
Academic Collaboration
Partnering with research institutions and universities to explore the root causes of modern slavery and co-create sustainable solutions.
International Excursion Program (IEP)
The International Excursion Program (IEP) is a flagship initiative designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice. The IEP hosts student exchanges focused on migration and development to connect academic research with field realities. This program allows participants to co-create innovative, safe migration solutions directly at the village level, ensuring that academic insights are grounded in the lived experiences of migrant communities.
